Anne Silverstrand Forest
Anne Silverstrand Forest makes naive and mystical portraits in and on different carriers. Strongly influenced by Russian Orthodox iconography, her characters are enigmatic; absently present. She is interested in unveiling their gazes, revealing histories, hierarchies and the character’s emotional world.
