Mihael Milunovic

Violence, repression, manipulation; the uncomfortable realities of contemporary life are exposed in Mihael Milunović’s enticing creations.
Born in Belgrade in 1967, Milunović grew up in an artistic family environment. Both his father and grandfather were well-known Serbian artists and his mother is a renowned Croatian sculptor. Milunović attended the Belgrade Faculty of Fine Arts, the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris, where he studied in the classes of professors Vladimir Veličković, Marina Abramović and Tony Brown, among others. Remarked, he became the Laureate
of the Foundation Renoir (worked and lived in Pierre-August Renoir’s atelier).
