Natasja Alers & Anne Silverstrand Forest duo show ”in flux / in limbo” H.F. Room solo show Lotte Wieringa ”Falling into you”

We welcome Anne Silverstrand Forest, who searches for harmony among the extreme impulses that drive her – dwelling in a gray area, a twilight zone. The solitary figures she creates each capture a record of the tangled web of these dynamics, each one a new inhabitant of her strange planet.
Alongside her, Natasja Alers explores themes of movement, transformation, sensuality, and attraction. In in flux / in limbo, she challenges the boundaries of human anatomy with amorphous sculptures that shift between two and three dimensions. Alers pushes the limits of form and emotion, capturing the essence of being ‘in flux’ – always in motion, constantly transforming, and deliberately disorienting.

In The Helen Frankenthaler Room, we present the solo show ”Falling into you” of Lotte Wieringa, who brings the color red to the forefront. We have a little teaser for you in the form of a poem by the artist. Discover more at the vernissage, where Lotte will also be present, at the gallery, or soon on our socials.

I burst open, like a flower. All the things of outside can reach me, move through me but I know they do not belong to me. I am buzzing with energy, vibrating with happening. Dancing particles of movement. And I get so close, all that was solid transforms too, in this dance. The roaring and daunting, the love and the bloodshed, the blush and the glowing. The red red red.
